Product description

12. Using the Smoluchowski equation, calculate and plot in the coordinates (1 /) () n f = τ the curve of the change in the total number of particles of the coagulating sulfur hydrosol. The average radius of the sol particles before the start of coagulation is r = 10 -8 m; concentration C = 6.5 · 10 -3 kg / m 3; density (T = 295 K) ρ = 0.9 · 10 3 kg / m 3; viscosity of the medium η = 1⋅10 -3 Pa⋅s; k = 1.38⋅10 -23 J / K. For the graph, take the time intervals τ, equal to 1, 2, 4, 10, 20 s.
