Each gang has its own characteristics and traits. Of course, prisoners with similar views and traits will be recruited into gangs.
Limit of patience: growing gangs will show their strength, which leads to tension in the prison. Thanks to the "limit of patience" interface, you will get a detailed picture of what affects the lives of prisoners. This will allow you to quickly respond to events and cajole wards to avoid riots.
Reeducation and release: gang members can leave their homies. Help them let go of their past by removing their tattoos and sending them to a gang re-education program.
New Rooms: Use the Tattoo Removal Room, and also guide gang members to the Fight Club Hall to get rid of destructive energy in the right environment.
Corrupt Guards: Gangs may encourage guards to smuggle or take bribes. You can check guards while hiring (bureaucracy), or hire informants to identify corrupt guards.
