Topic: "Information system for automation of accounting of incomes and expenses of family members - home accounting"
The IS shall contain the following information:
• Information about all members of the family. Main characteristics (name, date of birth, degree of relationship, etc.)
• Information on possible sources of income (title, comments, etc.)
• Information on possible items of expenditure (title, comments, etc.)
• Information about the current income of each family member (family member, income date, source, amount, etc.)
• Information on the running costs of each family member (family member, expenditure date, article, amount, etc.).
IP should provide:
• Input, deletion and editing of any information, with the possibility of automation (substitutions from other tables, fixed data sets, etc.) and input control from incorrect actions.
• Search for various features (at least one in each of the information categories, for example, full name, etc.).
• Sort by various characteristics (at least one in each of the information categories, for example, by name of the expense item, etc.).
• Output of information on all expenditure items, for any of the selected family members for any given period of time.
• Output of information on all sources of income, for any of the selected family members for any given period of time.
• Output of information of the total income of the whole family for any chosen period of time.
• Conclusion of information about the expense item, which "caused the greatest damage" to the family budget for the selected period of time.
• Formation of a report on the family balance (with the possibility of printing) for the current date for each member of the family and the household balance at the current time.
