Gr. Gortsunyan, the debtor, in the enforcement proceedings filed a motion to attract an interpreter, since he does not speak Russian properly. Gr. Gortsunyan invited a lawyer Perkevich as a translator, representing his interests in enforcement proceedings. The bailiff declared the impossibility of simultaneous participation of Perkevich as both a representative and a translator. In his opinion, the translator and representative occupy a different procedural position in the enforcement proceedings, in connection with which c. Gortsunyan should invite another person as a translator. In addition, Perkevich is a lawyer and does not have a special education to translate on a professional basis.
