As you know, there is not much power. And even more so in power or contact single combats. So the creators of this film decided - and showed how it, in fact, needs to be developed. It turned out interesting - the first part of the film - the exercises in the usual gym. The main difference from conventional strength training - the dynamics in the exercises.
