The Lost Vikings 2 (Russian Lost Viking 2) is a video game in the genre platformer developed by Blizzard Entertainment and published by Interplay for the SNES game console in 1997. The game is the sequel to The Lost Vikings.
Gameplay The Lost Vikings 2 repeats the mechanics of the first part: the player will manage three characters, each of which has unique abilities, and thus, the levels can only be achieved through the joint efforts of the heroes.
The gameplay is designed in such a way that the solution of riddles and the passage of a level are possible only with a combination of abilities of each of the characters. Each level of the game is a closed location with riddles, monsters, bonuses and inventory on it, which can be used by the player to pass the zone. The goal of the player is to bring all three alive to the end of the level (basically, we need to collect three more items). If at least one of the characters on the way to the exit kills, the level will have to pass from the very beginning. Each level is assigned a unique 4-digit password, which is communicated to the player at the beginning of the level. Thus, the password permitting to the next level becomes known only after passing the current one.
