Description

In recent decades, some crisis phenomena in molecular biology and developmental biology have begun to gradually come to light. After the discovery of the DNA structure and a detailed examination of the participation of this molecule in genetic processes, the main problem of the phenomenon of life - the mechanisms of its reproduction - remained in its essence not revealed. Hence the limited arsenal of technical and biotechnological tools to control the growth and development of biosystems. There has been a clear gap between the microstructure of the genetic code and the macrostructure of biosystems. Even the discovery of DNA homeoboxes, which dramatically affect the formative acts of embryogenesis, only more clearly highlighted what A.G. Gurvich had warned in due time, believing that the load on the genes is too high, and therefore it is necessary to introduce the concept of a biological field as a spatial temporary marking structure, biological field, “... the properties of which ... are formally borrowed ... from physical representations”.
